Reformer Pilates TIMETABLE

Our 50-minute classes are taught by a Physiotherapist and qualified Pilates Instructors. It is possible to claim your class costs with your Private Health Insurance under both instructors. Please check your eligibility. If you are eligible, you will be required to complete an initial 1:1 assessment by a Physiotherapist prior to starting your classes. Yearly re-assessments are then required to continue claiming for each new year.

 Reformer Control – Beginners

If you are new to Pilates, we recommend starting with Reformer Control. The perfect class for beginners, starting with the fundamentals of Pilate movements and flows.  We suggest up to 5 Reformer Control classes before moving onto the next levels.

Reformer Burn – Intermediate

The next level up. It is a very similar class structure and flow to Reformer Control just with that extra burn - more repetitions, springs, and more Pilate props. Once you have picked up your confidence and understanding of the fundamentals in Reformer Control you are ready to take the next challenge.

Reformer Jump – Cardio

This features the Pilates prop called the jump board. This is a low impact, higher intensity workout that builds on your co-ordination and muscle endurance. Do not worry you will not be jumping the whole time. It is a mix of Pilates Burn, with some jumping exercises to help raise that heart rate. Please confirm with your Physiotherapist if you are ready for this class.

Over 65’s Strength Class

This is the perfect class for maintaining your strength, balance and fall prevention. This class uses a mix of Reformer Pilates apparatus’, props, and land-based exercises.  The hard work is usually followed by a coffee catch up afterwards.  You will enjoy a good time and a great workout. Our aim in this class is to keep you moving, prevent falls, and to help you achieve your goals. Please check with your Doctor if you are ready for this class.
